Manuel Antonio is a natural paradise. With its harmonious blend of dense jungles and picturesque coastlines, Manuel Antonio National Park is a haven for nature enthusiasts and a testament to Costa Rica’s rich biodiversity. We set out on a weekend trip, booking a VRBO atop a hill with mountain and sea views. We made great use of the pool and beach proximity and had some well deserved relaxation after our busy week of work. We also snapped a especially rare close photo of a very low hanging sloth (Perico Ligero en español)!
When we weren’t in Manuel Antonio we were hard at work developing our prototypes. I spent a lot of time working with electronics and software. It was difficult to work with very limited materials and vendors but ultimately we ended up with all the parts we needed and were able to get it all working.
Lastly, here is a photo of my old ENGI 120 team from when we went for a hike outside of San Jose before class. It was great to get out of the city and enjoy some fresh air! I don’t know what Costa Rica has in store for us next but I am loving the Pura Vida, work hard, play hard, lifestyle!
